Biography
Born in Hokkaido, Japan in 1978. Obtained BA (Fine Art) from Hokkaido University of Education, Sapporo, Japan in 2001. Awarded the grants from The Nomura Cultural Foundation in 2004 and the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Japan in 2005 to participate in the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten, Amsterdam, the Netherlands from 2004-2005.
