Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1969. Obtained MFA from Minneapolis College of Art & Design, Minnesota in 1999. Lives and works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

During residency
Cucullu turned the studio in to a laboratory, and created objects and paintings that inquire the conventional understanding of paintings and sculpture. Also, worked on a public art piece at Minami Moriya station.
