Biography
Born in Rennes, France in 1970. Obtained MFA from Glasgow School of Art, UK.

During residency
Interested in the urban space and architecture, Floc’h produced a short film in Tokyo, Anna's Life. Made a short video portraying the auctioneers a the Tsukiji fish market, and a‘ fashion painting’ using the leftover material from the 2002 Shinichiro Arakawa spring/summer collection.
