Biography
Born in Johor, Malaysia in 1973. Obtained BFA from MARA University of Technology, Selangor in 1996. Lives and works in Kuala Lumpur.

During residency
Sulaiman explored what could be shared with the community foreign to her, and identfi ied rice as a common staple food in Asia. Installation Surat was created using rice husks.
